When applying for a PhD program, you must request an exemption from the French degree requirement. An ad hoc committee will decide on the equivalence of the degree presented.
Exemption requests must be received 10 days prior to the committee meeting dates (CD3) in order to be reviewed. The committees meet approximately once a month.
