For several years now, the Doctoral College has been developing the "Bulle d'Air" program, a place where students can unwind and actively and sympathetically listen to each other. This is fully in line with the institutional framework of the Schéma Directeur de la Vie Etudiante de l'Université Grenoble Alpes, which aims to anticipate situations of vulnerability in order to act as early as possible, and to deploy local measures to combat all forms of precariousness. Bulle d'Air's guiding principle, under the aegis of the UGA's Vigilance Commission, is to coordinate all the players involved: Doctoral College, Doctoral Schools, the University Health Center, the fight against sexist and sexual violence, discrimination and harassment, and the social services of the Crous Grenoble Alpes.

The aim of Bulle d'Air is to help PhD students express the difficulties they face, by enabling them to confide in us in complete safety, confidence and confidentiality. The proposed listening service aims to :
- Identify and verbalize problems encountered
- Clarify wishes and objectives, identify resources to satisfy them and help mobilize resources
- Refer if necessary to the Centre de Santé Etudiante, the Cellule Egalité or the Crous.
- Break down feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Promote good relations and communication between all PhD students, supervisors, doctoral school and laboratory directors.
- Prevent potential tensions.
